About the vampire thing, the fang, right? It's because the Japanese love cats, so they decided to give Tsuruya a fang.

How about Misao? (Lucky Star) She has a tiny fang. Lucky Star is made by KyotoAni (the same ppl who made TMOHS) and Lucky Star is a slice of life. No crazy things unlike TMOHS.

There is suposed to be another season, The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya, but it keeps getting delayed. It was orgininally going to air the season Lucky Star aired, but it was pushed back; it was then to air this past fall, now it is to possibly air this winter or spring season.
