One of the best movies of classic Bollywood. Amitabh's performance was flawless. What made this movie do epic was the darkness in the character which amitabh executed to perfection. Hie Vijay his own swavy body language and voice that fitted the part. The background score gave it an important and finishing touch which was sadly lifted due to copyright reasons. This movie will never have a successful remake without a performance to match mr bachan's and the background score.

I know for a fact that if Agneepath had been released today, with the audiences that we have now, this movie would have been one fo the biggest hits of all time, but it was released in the early 90's were less action and intense scene and lots of music were the combination of a hit film.
