i agree with it being painful to watch and them trying too hard. it's not even funny, even the audience's laugh was fake like they felt they had to laugh. tut tut good try though.

The audience response was all positive from the stage and after the show. I think you're commenting more on what you hear based on the sound quality of the camera because the person filming this sat in the front and thus the microphone wouldn't pick up any sound behind them well. Too bad you didn't enjoy it though. But believe me, this was high school, so if people didn't think it was funny they wouldn't laugh just to be nice.
