  • love that song so much

  • whats the name of this song???

  • @shivenrooney10 The Hours - Ali in the Jungle.

  • @shivenrooney10 thats what im saying!

  • great commercial

  • nice song to go with the intesinty! i listen to this when i go out for a run to pump u up and get u going the song to me is telling me not to quit . so i keep doing it over and over

  • Art made in the name of selling shoes... does that still make it art?

Just listen to the song while your exercising and/or make your own video that isn't created soley to sell stuff and make money- now THAT would be inspirational!

  • incredibly motivational for me, since I have my HAAL cross country finals tomorrow.

  • BEAUTIFUL!!!!

  • awesome

  • I feel like going out and just run after watching this commercial , but my boss will probably fire me for leaving the office......

  • Does anybody know what kind of special effects they're using in the commercial to keep duplicating the athletes and their actions? It makes for really cool transitions

  • @LosVideosDeLouis green screen?? lol i wish i knew

  • It's truely an inspirational piece. You can apply it to anything in life.

  • wow

  • love this commercial. i was talking to my friend, not about the olympics, but this commercial. love the song

  • dopest commercial ever

  • This commercial is quite the work of art.

  • Has anybody noticed that the commercial tranfers with common things? The guy running goes to another guy practicing with a soccerball, to a basketball to the motions of the dunk, to the motions of a tennis swing, to the motions of martial arts, with the background staying the same with the bicycle, to the spinning of the bull and falling off, to falling down in gymnastics, swimming, hockey, and MMA, from the punch, to a stiff arm, to the same camera shot from Tomlinson to Lance Armstong.

  • @dub6666 derp, thanks for articulating that, I don't think ANYONE noticed.

  • Yeah they transition the sports very nicely.

This is honestly my favourite Nike Commerical, and I also believe it's the best one to date.

  • It's beautiful.

  • @LiMmi87 i luv this song to tryin to find it as we speak

  • @Waltmac33 It's by The Hours

  • the song is awesome too, does anyone know which song it is?

  • just found it youtube it: "The Hours - Ali In The Jungle Official Video"

  • @LiMmi87 The Hours-Ali in the jungle

  • i like how this commercial doesnt just focus on the main sports like baseball, football, soocer, and basketball, but it also has cycling, MMA, Gymnastics, etc which makes it unique

  • I smell a troll around here

  • @BlindPacemaker your an idiot

  • Whoa! What an intellectually robust and thorough, yet impressively concise quip to belittle my statement...

I'm glad to see you didn't just express a point of view without giving a shred of explanation or evidence to support it, because that would be idiotic, which would not only be ironic, but also make you a de facto member of the group of moronic half-wits who troll Youtube unable to express their views any more than a severe invalid is able to express themselves through breakdancing.

  • @BlindPacemaker

I'm just simply going to reply with a laugh. Stay in school kid.

  • The last hiding place of a fool with nothing to say.

    Have fun laughing though...

    Yohoho

  • gwell i wenu ar ffwl, yna gwell iddo eich intellect-Ellen -

But I'm sure by your actions you knew that already. If not a few more years of your cliche' college courses that you think makes you unique will hopefully make you realize it.

  • 'better to smile at the fool, then he better your intellect' - haha, interesting choice of quote. By this your admitting that your scared of saying anything out of fear that I (who you call an idiot) will intellectually best you? Powerful, powerful stuff...

What exactly is a 'cliche' college course? First you tell me to stay in school, now this... Your idea of a fool is someone with an education?

lol @ commenting on my channel and checking my vids, haha i must have hit a nerve! insecure?

  • Also, could you please state what qualifications you hold which enable you to psychoanalyse someone? let alone someone you've never met?

If not I would suggest keeping your 'cliche' psychoanalyses to yourself.

Re-reading that quote you posted, I'm highly doubtful my translation is correct, as 1) Im not exactly fluent in Welsh, and 2) Google Translate is incredibly unreliable. Feel free to correct it, but if it is correct, I think the level of intellect you posses becomes painfully self-evident.

  • "the last hiding place of a fool with nothing to say"

"Better to smile at a fool, then he better your intellect....interesting choice of quote" (seriously laughed out loud,I reply with a quote by the same person you just quoted and you have no idea what I'm talking about)

I'll leave you alone now, thanks for the laughs.

  • I'm sorry, but where in my post do i suggest the sentence is a quote? If your suggesting you used the quote to imply you had bettered my intellect, this, to me, is laughable, and still I cannot believe you would even imply this, partly due to the following:

For somebody who enjoys to laugh so much, you were quick to initiate this by calling someone with a different opinion to something inherantly subjective, an idiot. Do you understand why this is nonsensical? I hope so.

  • you are a 1000% DICK

  • wtf this video is fine, it's inspiring by the song (if you listen to the lyrics) and the visuals match the song well. I highly doubt a 16 year old can make a video like this...

  • @Jesseabrown1993

    You're right on! :)

  • That's fine, I have a different opinion to you. Adverts are obviously completely subjective, so there is no objective 'good' in this case. I know the lyrics match the video, I just think both are cheesy and appeal to the masses without taking any risks or doing anything unique. We'll agree to disagree on the 16yr old thing, not really important enough to discuss.

  • @BlindPacemaker

I agree with you, it's mediocre; certainly not as good as many others Nike has made. I do like Tomlinson's overhead running sequence, though.

  • I'll submit, it was the best part of the advert, and the only 'cool' part, it's just a shame it only took up 3 seconds of a 1minute ad.

  • Someone please tell me who sings this song, i love it!

  • The hours

  • Simply amazing! this song was featured in FIFA 08 .. great song and even a better video =)
