  • Love this guy!

  • hes such an idiot

  • Geraldine Ferraro is a lying racist piece of shit! Thats why she is now, irrelevant!! And thats why FOX NEWS has made her a Political consultant.

  • Thank you, I usually watch Mr. Olbermann regurlly but missed this one. he really is our modern day Edward R. Murrow, isn't he?

    Best,

    Mark Hellesto

    For now, Chicago, IL

  • Barack Hussein Obama campaigned and supported his Lou Muslim cousin, Odinga, in Kenya for his presidential bid. He lost the election and his supporters locked 40 women and children in a church and burned it to the ground, after they had taken refuge to escape the violence. Over 600 Christians have died in Kenya due to this post election violence.

  • There was a unity government put in place to stop the violence..and Odinga has signed an agreement to change the constitution and implement Sharia Law on the Christians in Kenya... Google " Odinga, ODM, Obama, Kenya"...Not only did he campaign and support him, Dick Morris was Odinga's campaign adviser and his campaign slogan was " CHANGE" sound familiar.....you can Google that too.

  • What in the blue hell are you talking about?

I am a Kenyan, I come from where the church in Kenya was burnt with Women an children in it. Obama is not related to Odinga, Obama's father was from the same tribe as Odinga's tribe...Translation...NOT relatives! And what are you talkking about Sharia Laws? Are you talking about MY Kenya or Nigeria? Get you facts right befor you run your fingures like some smart ass!!!!!! I

  • thank you!

  • endoftimeisnear: And George "Hitler" Bush and Dick "Goering" Cheney's 2nd cousins best friends nephew shot his mother - A CHRISTIAN - in the face.

You are an idiot...Gawd and you get to vote too.

    Jerk

  • So what are you insinuating, that his affiliation condones that he is a savage as well. And its not documented that the supporters burned the church out of confirmation from Odinga.

  • ferraro is an ugly bitter old woman, and a loser to boot

  • Did she die from her cancer yet? I hope so. She brings NOTHING to this world but jealousy, lies and hatred. What a loser she is.

  • He needs to kiss corporate ass even though he has the nomination since his campaign cannot function without money.

  • I know the Repugblicans will attack Barack with racism in September.

I do not agree that with his quote but because Americans DO NOT KNOW their history (why they elect Republicans when they work against the people and other topics) I sort of agree. I wish more Americans in rural areas were more knowledgeable about their history like Europeans are about theirs, therefore, they do not let the government get away with lies like Americans do most of the time.

  • BradyIgnoramus,

You are the f****** moron and should go back to 3rd grade since you only read National Review and the RAND corporation. McCon IMPLIED that Iraq was like Korea by saying we should stay there for 100 years. HE IS COMPARING.

You are the retarded person since you think the Republican Party of now is benevolent. It became evil in the 1964 convention when Nelson Rockefeller did not win the nomination.

  • YOU are an ignoramus. He needs to kiss corporate ass since all Republicans do this to get re-elected with campaign contributions, so do the Bush Dog (Blue Dog) Democrats, which I do not consider part of my party.

I hope McCon puts Flip Flopney as the VP candidate so it will be the Religious Fascist candidates in the Republican campaign for the fall.

  • The wow lol is for your response to my comment since I have not said any lie. McCon said 100 years comparing it to Korea when in reality, Iraq is NOT the Korean War. He expecrts the American people to be dumb so he can hoodwink them since the 1970s. McCon voted against the tax cuts but, as I said before, he needs corporate Republican campaign money now so he needs to repay the favor by making the tax cuts permanent when he becomes president.

  • CNN is as right wing as FOX nowadays just as ABC, NBC (with exception of Keith Olbermann and Dan Abrams)and CBS. The only left wing outlet is Democracy Now and Air America.

  • I have not said any lies. McCain said he wants to stay 100 years in Iraq. South Korea is not the same thing as Iraq, two totally different situations. McCon is the one twisting the words. He DID vote against the tax cuts before but because he needs campaign money from the corporate Republicans, he changed his mind and wants the tax cuts to be permanent.

  • My position on McCain is that he's not a maverick. He votes more for Bush plans than not, from what I've read in newspapers and websites. He wants to stay in Iraq for a hundred years, just as Bush. He wants to make tax cuts for the rich permanent, just like Bush. Democrats that thought he was good must not have known him very well.

  • Hi Bradyfan1970,

Thank you for your answer about Hillary. You have clarified the reasons why you don't like Hillary and why you think Obama has not accomplished enough in the Senate.

    Have a great day

  • You don't like Hillary but you don't have as much hate for her as you do for Obama.

I know she's receives money from the healthcare industry. That's why I don't trust her.

  • It's not about Pot,Meet Kettle. I called you a dipshit AFTER you called me a dipshit.

  • Why don't you answer my question of why YOU do not get convulsions anymore at seeing or hearing Hillary??? Why has she changed your mind???

  • You're not a Libertarian, you're a Republican dipshit because only Republicans would respond by name-calling when reading another person's point of view.

Libertarians are really Republicans in hiding.

  • You still miss the big point. Korea wasn't 'just' because of communism. Korea was right because a legitimate government asked us to defend it against invaders (just like Kuwait deserved to be defended against Saddam) and the people of South Korea welcomed us (as true liberators) and also were willing to fight for their freedom; unlike most South Vietnamese. I don't know about you but I think we should help countries that actually want us to help them.

  • You sure like to do that lmao thing a lot. You should seek help for that. Iraq wasn't a threat at all; of yeah I forgot you think Bush is god or something. I'm also suprised you can spell Korea. Do you even know what continent it's on?

  • I didn't call you spineless I called you a piece of shit. Big difference.

  • I'd rather lose 54,000 for a something just and worth fighting for than some shithole that was a total waste of lives, money, and prestige. Why do you think most Americans still support Afghanistan? Heres a clue BECAUSE AFGHANISTAN WAS ACTUALLY INVOLVED IN 911 AND POSED AN ACTUAL THREAT. That's what you and those like you don't undertand. Americans are very patient and supportive; if they believe in the cause they're supporting. It has nothing to do with anything but that.

  • Ok it wasn't a pre-election poll it was worse, it was your opinion. This is what you said "the reason McCain supporters aren't attacking Obama is they would rather face Barack than Hillary...seriously...I believe that if Obama and McCain went head to head it would be a 60-40 win for McCain. Thats just the reality of politics." You said 60-40 and than you said "That's just the reality of politics." It's not the reality at all, no one knows yet what the numbers will be.

  • Once again you are comparing Korea to Iraq. TWO TOTTALLY DIFFERENT MOTHERFUCKING WARS AND COUNTRIES. We didn't invade South Korea dumbass!!! We pledged our support to them after the North invaded and they accepted our help. The Korean people do not have hostile intent towards us; it's easy to stay in a country where the people don't want to kill you! Iraq is a different story. I don't think I'm a political genius, I just know you aren't.

  • You call me a liberal than you complain about me 'labeling' you. lol. Well you could have fooled me with all the bullshit republican talking points you spout off.

  • You call me a liberal than you complain about me 'labeling' you. lol. Well you could have fooled me with all the bullshit republican talking points you spout off.

  • Why don't you stop thinking your better than anyone just cause you were in the military. You're the one spouting off bullshit talking points. "More Americans killed on U.S. streets" give me a fucking break. Hey why don't you talm to all those families that have lost sons and daughters and tell them it's only four thousand troops. Your loved one had a better chance of getting struck by lightning anyways. You truly are a brainless, heartless piece of shit.

  • (cont) the number of dems voting is a lot bigger than republicans, so who has the better chance of winning? Also apples and oranges? You're the idiot who compared Korea to Iraq, not me.

  • How can you talk about the reality of politics with pre-election polls? You should know that polls change all the time. Right now some polls favor Obama over McCain. With statements like that you definately Are NOT a political genius. Also many experts say Hillary is weaker because she has more political baggage with conservatives; now that's a fact. The baggage part is a fact but the idea that it will cause her to lose (if she faced McCain) is anyone's guess. Also the number of (cont)

  • (Cont) support our presence in their country; and the ones who would like us to leave aren't blowing up our soldiers. And their government (which isn't a joke) really wants us there instead of just using us as a crutch. I think you are a republican, you certainly spout off all their bullshit. Try thinking for yourself.

  • It doesn't take an expert to figure out that the lack of, or presence, of military experience doesn't guarantee anything. And what tone did you get from me? The tone that's me pissed off when president's risk the lives of troops unnecessarily? That tone?

Great job we did too stabilizing the ME too. Do you still buy this war? I guess you do. I wonder if you even still think about Afghanistan. Don't compare Iraq to Korea; two tottally different situations. The South Korean people (cont)

  • Why did you list pulitzer than? What about Obama leads you to believe he wouldn't be a courageous leader? I'll remind you Kennedy screwed up on Bay of Pigs royaly. He should never have sent those Cubans back if he didn't intend to support them 100%. Besides if you ask most people why they think Kennedy was so great they will say because he inspired the country to do great things. Obama has already made many people excited about the election. I think they both have many of the same qualities.

  • Thats very good but just because someone has military experience doesn't mean they should be president. Look at McCain. He was in combat and yet he still voted to send our troops to war in Iraq. Military service doesn't protect you from making mistakes when it comes to sending troops to war.

  • Military experience is a plus but it's not necessary. Look at some of the wars we have fought. Lincoln and FDR didn't have military experience and they both guided the nation to victory during two of the most crucial wars we ever fought.

  • I agree with the first parts of what you said but after voting against them he voted to extend them years later.

  • Actually I assumed you were a Hillary supporter. They seem to have the biggest problem with Obama, even more so than republicans do right now. Some of them talk about him like he is absolutely worthless and he just got off the bus.

  • What does winning a pulitzer have to do with being qualified to be president? You sound like Hillary now. Actually JFK was in the U.S. House for 8 years and a senator for 6. Obama served as an Illinois House member for 8years and by the time of the election he will have been a U.S. Senator for about 3 years. 3less than Kennedy. So in reality he has almost as much experience as Kennedy did.

  • We're not running for president, he is. And the fact that he hasn't been there for that long gives people hope that he hasn't been corrupted yet. Who are you voting for anyway?

  • You know what people see when they look at Obama's short time in the senate? They see a guy who hasn't been around long enough to become entangled in all the bullshit. the longer the record, the longer the list of bullshit. Americans always complain that politicians have been in Washington too long. Well here's one that hasn't been there for very long. Maybe that means something to the people who are voting for him.

  • You don't know why I'm voting for Obama asshole! For your fucking information I was going to vote for Edwards until he dropped out so shove that up your ass. Who the fuck are you voting for McCain? The one who kisses Bush's ass and voted for the war? As far as Obama's record he co-sponsored the obama-coburn transperency act which lists every organization receiving public funds as well as voting for the Secure Fence Act which authorized immigration reforms.

  • Thank you, Keith, for being a courageous journalist, along with Amy Goodman, Bill Moyers, and Phil Donahue, that have exposed the lies Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Clinton, Ferraro, Terry McAuliffe, and Carville.

Never go back to ESPN. We need you in the news to expose the lies of the Repugblicans and Semi-Repugs like Hillary.

  • Why don't you hate Hillary NOW like you did in the 90s because of her feminism??? You guys used to get convulsions upon seeing or hearing her. This proves to me that Hillary is really a right-wing Republican disguised as a Democrat. She is part of the Bush Cheney cabal.

  • Obama is where he is because he studied and got an opportunity to go to Harvard where he earned his law degree. He has charisma and intelligence.

There is one white senator that in the past 100 years that had little experience and got elected President: John F. Kennedy. He turned out to be one of the best presidents we ever had.

You're the one on crack if you think Ferraro was NOT implying racism on her part. WE Obama supporters ARE living in reality.

  • You're a fucking retard if you think all those white voters (in the south) voted for Obama just because he is black. People are voting for Obama because he is promising change. After 8 years of this disgusting administration that is a very powerful message. 'Change' has nothing to do with black or white. I'll admit I can't give you three reasons people are voting for him (most are doing it because of change).

  • Hi olivemike81,

Thank you for saying the truth about why white voters in the South voted for Obama: because he is promising change. Most people, black and white, have seen this disgusting Bush administration for what it is: illegal invasion of Iraq for oil, subprime loans to bankrupt Americans, spying on Americans--like Hitler did on Germans and Stalin on Russians, trying to destroy the environment so he can satisfy Big Oil.

  • To somehow say 'white souterners are voting for Obama because he's black' is rediculous and shows a complete lack of understanding of the South. It is a good sign of progress that so many whites in the south are not letting race get in the way of their vote. They are voting for Obama because of what he represents, not because of his skin color.

  • JFK had very little experience and he won his party's nomination and the presidency. And being the son of a former president is a much different issue than what color your skin is.

  • The difference is Mondale picked her because she was a woman. She was not chosen by voters. Obama has been chosen by many voters because of many things and for most voters I think it has nothing to do with race.

  • Ferraro should have been Reagan's running mate in 1984 instead of Bush I because of her racist, nasty, evil comments.

Did she forget that Italians in the late 19th-early 20th century were discriminated against vehemntly by Anglos in New Yoirk, Pennsylvania, and Massachussetts? How she she forget her own people were discrminated against in the North back then.

If Mondale had won in 84, it would have been the same Reagan crap with Ferraro as Vice Presdient.

  • KO is indeed a horse's ass

  • Why because he denounced the racist comments of Ferraro.

  • @ Bradyfan1970 You and Ms Ferraro are comparing apples to oranges. Geraldine Ferraro was CHOSEN to be the affirmative action baby on the ticket with Mondale. NO ONE CHOSE Obama to run for president. No one PICKED Obama because he's black to RUN for president, unlike Ms Ferraro who was CHOSEN only because she's a woman. Geraldine Ferraro will become a sad pathetic foot note in history for her racist rant. In or out of context that's exactly what it was, a racist rant.

  • 1988

Geraldine A. Ferraro (D-N.Y.) said Wednesday that because of his "radical" views, "if Jesse Jackson were not black, he wouldn't be in the race."

Discussing the same point in Washington, Jackson said, "We campaigned across the South . . . without a single catcall or boo. It was not until we got North to New York that we began to hear this from Koch, President Reagan and then Mrs. Ferraro . . . . Some people are making hysteria while I'm making history."

  • Dear Ms. Ferraro,

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for bringing the issue of race to the forefront of the political discussion. I firmly believe that Senator Obama was coming to your aid during his speech. I also believe he was hailing (not in a bad way) your comments (along with Rev. Wright's) as a significant portion of the reason for any divisions that exist in our society. To suggest that your comments were not racially motivated is just not true.

  • Re Hillary's experience Several articles looked into Hillary's experience. I invite you to Google: Hillary experience Articles include Assessing Clinton's "Experience"-TIME Hillary's experience is at surviving-The Hill Hillary's Experience Questioned-AOL News Hillary, Barack, Experience-NY Times Clinton's experience claim under scrutiny-Chicago Tribune Hillary's Adventures Abroad-Newsweek & FactCheck An Uncluttered Calendar-Newsweek HRC has "exaggerated" lots of ceremonial 1st Lady agendas...
  • Ferraro is right, race is a crucial factor among Obamas supporters.

  • Obama is the greatest man I've ever heard speak.

  • Obama did not walk into the Clinton's trap, as they wanted, he does NOT agree with racism or racist remarks from neither the Clinton's nor their cronies, i.e. (GF). He clearly DOES NOT ADOPT, APPRECIATE OR WANT Rev. Wright's support and stated this in his speech. How could he be racist anyway, he is half Black/half White and is not denouncing either ethnic groups of which he belong. If all Hillery can do is come up with cheap tricks to get in the White house, think what will happen when she is in.

  • Olberman takes on everyone, and tells the truth.

  • As long as we are polarized, we totally miss the point.

Spewing venom distracts from critical issues. (an ill-advised, black hole war, staggering deficit, an inept disaster response system, a health care gap plunging families into bankruptcy, banking crisis, failed foreign policy....)

United we stand. Divided we fall. The time for blind loyalty to polarizing party affiliation is past. Wake up!

Understand Ferraro's comments what they are—divisive, polarizing and what Americans cannot afford.

  • For all of you who believed that Sen Obama has been tainted by his preacher. If this is true then he would not be running for office because according to Rev Wright, racism in America will never allow this. Therefore, it is only logical to conclude that he believes that this country can be united and people want use not to viewed by the world as raciest but a country that learns for history. We can and will change the way we are perceived by others. Foregin leaders will learn from what we do.

  • I hope this guy goes back to SPN( if they take him back), then he can report the steroid abuse on the t-ball league, ) % credibility. and the Obamanites foloow him blindly.

  • Once the Republicans leak BHO's affiliation with the terroristic group from Hyde Park, associated with Wright's comments on America, it will be all over for him. He is lying about his connection with these groups who have supported anti-patriotic views of this country for many years. America is so mesmerized over a Black man getting this much attention, that they are overlooking some real hard core facts about Obama's past. I hope the media does due diligence and uncovers ALL of his secerets.

  • K. Oberman your comments go way beyond what Ferraro intended to say. It's OK for the media to insinuate that HRC gets votes because of her gender, but Ferraro gets blasted if she infers something similar about Obama????? Oberman lets see you come up with an intelligent commentary on Pastor Wright's comments about White America and the USA. Obama is a racist against whites and has little patriotism (supported by his support of his pastor/ wife's comments about America).

  • Do you think Keith knew the WRIGHT FIASCO that was about to explode when he wrote this weird commentary?

It sounds like this guy has never even used half of these words in his life.

  • Do you think Keith knew the WRIGHT FIASCO that was about to explode when he wrote this weird commentary?

It sounds like this guy has never even used half of these words in his life.

  • KO does all the damage to Clinton, if she wins the nomination, he claims she does to Obama. I've lost my taste for KO & the program.

Subject: Suppose BO were white, do you think he could've taken away the black vote from Clinton? I'm sure not. Obviously, Geraldine doesn't think so either. Do the math on the states he won. The Clinton's are/were loved by the black community. So, what's the big deal??

I AM disappointed that Hillary trashed her long time friend over this, tho.

  • Queif Olbermann, along w/the rest of the corrupt MSNBC, is carrying the malt liquor for the Obama campaign.

  • MSNBC is worst news network on TV.

  • Keith you missed it, this is the campaigns message... White people don't allow this Affirmative Action Candidate get the white House he will take away more jobs from white people and leave your children out in the cold trying to get into college. That is the message from the clinton's. This started with Ed Rendell's statement regarding a black man getting withe votes in PA and then Ferraro crescendo enforcing the voice of many whites "he got my job because he is black".

  • Senitor Obama is getting votes because he is an intelligent Black man that has something to say with the ability to change our country. Geraldine is a racist and has proven this in her statements, no wonder she couldn't win vice presidency. She's a tired old woman and should crawl back into her hole. She's way behind times..with her mind all blacks would be enslaved again.

  • interesting argument but if he wasn't so strongly in the obama camp he never would have brought this up. By trying to "help" Clinton here he is really just raising negative points her. Especially his cheap blow on Clinton's comments on Obama's race on 60 minutes, even Chris Matthews agreed that her comments were clear and not racist.

  • Senitor Obama is getting votes because he is an intelligent Black man that has something to say with the ability to change our country. Hillary has no experience in foreign matters or running this country, she's on the same level as Senitor Obama. People are finding out the truth about her nasty, lying ways. She's having a temper tantrum because she's lost the battle!! People usually sling mud when they know they've lost!! Give it up Hillary!!

  • White people are and will always be in the minority, think about it, there are more people of color in the world than there are white. The only reason no one of color has ever been president is lack of votes from the majority. As far as Sen. Obama, he WILL win because he doesn't see color and will be a great president. Who has occupied the white house for generations..Whites? It's a fact, the US is not in trouble economically, etc. because a Black was in the white house. GH is as as racist as H

  • wow GF is a ass clown she's lost in the 60's

  • Geraldine is 100%

  • Keith, you are an illogical load of poop. I would love if you actually participated in a debate over this issue with Dennis Prager. For those of you who don't know who he is...he's a conservative radio talk show host. Of course this will never happen because KO is a bird brain and would collapse at the very thought of a debate with a thoughtful opponent instead of blathering hysterically about how UNFAIR and RACIST GF is. Pathetic little silly worm.

  • Keith, you need to go to what I think is your true calling....a community college teacher. Such a birdbrain. Never can follow logic.

  • Oh what the hell. Well said Keith!

  • Damn skippy Keith..

    Thank you Keith...

so very true are the words you said

"false or true they see it"

    OBAMA 08

    YES WE CAN!!!!!!!

  • the candidate himself said it best:

"The notion that it is a great advantage to me to be an African American named Barack Obama and pursue the presidency, I think, is not a view that has been commonly shared by the general public."

    -Barack Obama

  • If Obama WASN'T black and didn't have such an ethnic name, he would've been the nominee two months ago. I love how Geraldine straight-up admitted she wasn't qualified for VP when she said if her name was Gerald she wouldn't have been chosen. So then why the hell are we listening to you?

  • Damn I love Mr. O

  • Nobody is calling Gerry a racist. She put those words in your own mouth. What people are saying is that her words were racist and intended as a political ploy. Your not the victim here Gerry, get over yourself. Obama is where he is because of what kind of man he is; inspirational, genuine, intellectual and his family values. His race should have been a deterrent, not an asset as history unfortunately proves. Get off your high horse!! WE LOVE YOU KEITH!!!!!!

    OBAMA 08

  • I love him!

  • Voted for Bill Clinton twice and proud of it, but I won't vote for her. She should go work for Carl Rove. If she is the nominee, I will happily vote for John McCain.

  • I'm doing a write in vote. I'm voting for myself because I'm the only person I trust. Vote for yourself as president. We do not get to choose our next president the mass media chooses our next president. We are controlled by the corporate fascist mediaocracy. Think about it..

  • This man's a total badass!

  • Olbermann is the man! Finally... some damn truth in media. :)

  • THANK YOU KEITH!

FINALLY, someone stands up and says what so many of us are feeling!

  • This is one of Olbermann's very best special comments.

Ms. Clinton needs to hear this.

  • The fact that Keith Olbermann has decided to break his silence, potentially alienating many of his viewers, speaks volumes. Never has he directed such a strongly worded special comment against a Democrat. I am not surprised.

Bob Shrum, Sen. John Kerry's campaign manager, quoted the senator in his book, who told him in the final days of the 2004 campaign, "the only thing the Clintons care about is themselves and power."

  • Mrs. Clinton may not need to be President. She does not appear to be a good wife. She thinks she is to good to give her own husband oral sex. Go figure!!!

  • omg... the courage to stand up and for the first time turn the beacon of justice on a democrat must have been difficult.

Olbermann has inspired me to believe that there is justice in the world.

    Bravo Olbermann! Bravo!!!

  • I think that everyone who watches this should send it to the Clinton campaign. Lets beseech them with e-mails linking the story.

Keith's fortitude and grasp of peoples actions is simply stunning!

  • This is brilliant. Can't wait to see how the Clintons will spin this. How will she manage to make herself the victim? Stay tuned...

  • This Was Simply EPIC!!! The David Duke/Al Campanis references, On Point! The discernible pattern of Hillary's latent racist tendencies, Check! All That Was Missing was the Reference to Jimmy "The Greek" Snyder. By the way, thank God Geraldine Ferraro didn't end up making it to VP. We didn't need a woman that openly ignorant and apparently racist anywhere near the Presidency!

  • Standing ovation for having the courage to confront the monster!

  • Olbermann is by far the best out there. He truly conveys the truth in politics.

  • Wow, that was incredible.

  • very powerfull special comment. I hope its taken to heart.

  • Keith you have spoken what I am feeling but have been too afarid to say anything. keep up the good work

  • THANK YOU KEITH!

FINALLY, someone stands up and says what so many of us are feeling!

  • Tour de force!

  • In my opinion, it is possible that various black people are voting for Obama just because he's black, but I doubt most registered voters are that shallow.

  • your implication here is that black voters are shallow and other voters are not. good job: that's racism.

  • Great stretch you racist scumbag.

  • No, I didn't say blacks are shallow. I said that particular ones that vote for Obama only because of his race are. That also goes for women voting for Hillary or racists/sexists that will vote for McCain in November. Don't misconstruing my words.

  • Obama wouldn't be winning if not for the white support he is receiving. It is inevtiable that some black people are voting for him because of race, but that would be true of McCain during the general election. But to claim that Obama is where he's at because of race is stupid. I think that his race is more of a disadvantage for him at this point. Look at all the talk about race in this campaign so far...and Obama has never made it an issue. The pundits and Clinton supporters are doing that.

  • Obama is winning in delegates, popular vote, and number of states won. Nobody can win an election with the support from only one group of voters. Nobody.

And, you are complete right, Obama has never said "vote for me because I'm black." In fact, he's never brought up the issue as anything important. Clinton supporters and people in her campaign have, Republicans have, and those people that do are racist.

  • A lot of the younger kids, the Y generation from high school & college, grew up in the suburbs w/ all types of races around. Inter-racial relationships are common for this younger crowd. They truly don't see color. That's why they like Obama. They're his foot soldiers. They love him.

The older crowd-& no, I am not speaking of my generation X-they still see color. I heard my mom the other day say that she was voting for HRC b/c if Obama won, then Blacks would feel superior. What a racist!

  • I agree my mother is worried that white people will be in the minorty in this country if obama wins

  • Would his foot soldiers like him as much if he was white? Yes or no? If no, then you agree with what GF said. And, of course the answer is no.

I love seeing the silly political correctness biting the butt of the libs. It's so very, very fun!

  • So Obama winning Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Connecticut, Delaware, Kansas, Minnesota, North Dakota, Utah, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Vermont, and Wyoming (among other states), can only be explained by the black vote?

What kind of world are you living in?

  • I am rolling my eyes here.

Because, you know, it's soooo easy running for President in America as a black man named Barack Hussein Obama. So lucky!

  • A little too much oomph in Keith's vocal tones there, but spot on.

  • ummm do you see most people saying "Hell Yeah bro! I am voting for Obama cause he's black!"? Maybe in MI but if you look at the maps of states that he's won he has states from sea to shining sea meaning that people like what he says. If it were a white guy up there saying the stuff Obama says, they would be just excited. People just want a man for the people, by the people who doesn't bullshit which is what Obama is. If you think he's fake, it's just cause TV + news has turned you into a cynic

  • Coincidentally, Bill Clinton ran on similar words of "hope" to win his initial run.

Ignorance is not becoming. Neither is reinforcing racist memes that have no place - or justification - in modern society.

  • holy shit, that was awesome.

  • Riiiiighhht.

    Because it's so easy in America running as a black guy named Barack Hussein Obama. {*rolls eyes*}

  • no, you're going to be loled at for being an idiot.

  • ...wow. That was, for lack of a more appropriate superlative, epic. One of his strongest special comments to date, I'd say. Olbermann's really got a perfect summarization of the whole issue.

*sighs* It seems there really is no worse candidate in the race than Clinton...well, except McCain. Hence, Clinton must regrettably be at least the second choice candidate.

  • *applause*

Hell yeah, Keith. You show 'em!

  • Ridiculous.

  • Anyone that thinks Senator Obama is where he is because black men have it easy is smoking something mighty strong. Don't bother passing that sh*t this way.

  • Keith, these are right-wing tactics and it makes me sick. I expect that from Republicans but not Democrats. I would NEVER vote for Hilary, the funny thing is that I supported her six months ago. NO MORE BUSH NO MORE CLINTON. We need more than hope, we need a frickin' miracle! Obama is the only hope because the rest have been there done that and they didn't do it good!

  • Hard. Core.

  • (Applauds)
