Drumstep keeps the same timing as Dubstep, but has percussion loops similar to Drum N' Bass, so it's a mixture of both. This track is about 176 BPM (rough calculation), and that's way faster than the tempo that Drumstep is, so I'm quite certain this is Drum N' Bass.
