  • silviuverdes what is romanian,who are u???

  • Greetings from Croatia! Nagyon oda vagyok a népzenéhez, brácsás vagyok a népi zenekaromban :D

  • Silviuverdes, I don't want to be rude, but aren't you from Romania?

  • @ijaszlevi ...yes...I am romanian from Bucuresti. I have also a friend in Budapest who perform the traditional dances and I know something more because he had to tell me what they dance. I know the sound of romanian trad music Transilvania,Oltenia,Moldavia...

  • This is tipical romanian music. The hungarian music is very nice too.

  • @silviuverdes It's hungarian music, from the Kalotaszeg region, but romanian music is very nice too.

  • @ijaszlevi ...no friend....The hungarians who sing the traditional romanian music present that as "hungarian music"....it is strange but not unusual ...ex: The hymn of state Israel...is "Cucuruz cu frunza-n sus" exactly the same....listen....

  • @silviuverdes Kodály and Bartók és other music sciencists solved which music is Romanian and which music is Hungarian in the XXth century. However very interesting the Romanian languauge uses many Hungarian loan words. The begining of the XIXth century there were more Hungarian origin loan words in the Romanian language, but the Romanian language neologism movement decreased artificialy. (We were good neighbor until the begining of the nationalizm in the XVIIIth century and we will be again.)

  • @silviuverdes wtf example please

  • Technically Romania is supposed to be part of Hungary. After ww1 most of "your country" was created after many treaties from remnants of Hungary. So Transylvanian music is just old Hungarian music.

  • Been to Hungary,Nice place to go,honestly. However language is 2 hard to learn, especially grammatical aspect.Nevertheless music is so lovely, pretty much similar to Romanian,Ukrainian and Slovakian.HUNGARY YOU ARE FANTASTIC!!!!

  • Kodály Zoltán mondta(lehet, hogy értett a népzenéhez):"A cigányzene magyar népzene"

  • Magyar néptánc örökké él és mindig fogja hóditani a világot :).

  • zi maaa!!!!hai maaaa!!!! Magyar Music Rocks! luv u all Ungurilor :D hai Ardealu'/Erdely!!!

  • Isteni!!!!!

  • WOW!!!!! Next stop: Hungaria. It's so much more satisfying to go to countries where there's a great musical culture

  • It's so great to hear that form a foreigner :)

  • @Elvin83 It is Hungary. But close enough.

  • Ez csodálatos!!! Nagyon, nagyon jó!!!

Ne törődjetek ezekkel a szemét disznókkal, akik baromságokat irkálnak.

  • The Bara orchestra is the main music group for the Forrás Folk Dance Assembly in Százhalombatta. They will be in the Summerfest in Százhalombatta between 13. 08. 2009-21. 08. 2009..

Summerfest there is every year in august in Hungary with folk many dance groups and folk music groups.

  • thanks! but Im now in Japanlol

I guess its great fes!!i really wanna be there!!

  • Fortunately Béla Bartók, Zoltán Kodály and others gathered the folk music in Transylvania from the Romanians and the Hungarians as well. So the music sciences can decide on which music origins from the Hungarians or the Romanians. Béla Bartók used much music motive from the Romanian folk music.

I hope the two neighbour people the Romans and the Hungarians become friend and stupid nationalism and sovinism become bad past, same to France and Germany.

  • I do not say is bad. There are more many mixed Hungarian+Romanian...I had to see from tv Budapest csardas + calusari (Oltenia) mixed show dances...The Hungarian schools of trad.dances are many and nice performing...but I see the vocal solists trad folkmusic really disapeared ! (?)

  • Can you tell me some names findbly on youtube or sites or tv shows vocal trad.Hungarian folk music ? Except very old from villages...you know...
