This product is shit. It should not say that it support external hard drive 2.0 USB connection cause it simply doesn't have enough power to do so. It even made my WD 500 gig to not be recognized anymore. Sorry but you are wrong.

i saw that you pluged both the firewire and usb into your computer do you have to plug in both for it to work because my computer doesnt have a firewire

cool i discovered that it Connects up to four USB 2.0 and two FireWire 400 devices. Firewire 400 is what i want.

but weird how it mentions on their website " COMPATIBLE WITH Mac/iMac "

im confused about that, does that mean it only works with iMacs??

Cool little gadget! I'll keep this in mind if I ever get an iMac, and firewire is for camcorders and some external hard-drives for high-speed transfers

you're joking right? the connection on the moshi she is reviewing is a full firewire, you cannot connect it to a mini firewire. do you know why? because its a mini drive, the firewire cable will not fit in. probably because its not MINI. maybe before insulting someone try and see if what you are saying makes any sense. good job making yourself look like the "dumbass", if you want to further your embarassment go home and try plugging a firewire cable into a mini firewire. film it so i can laugh.

um...thats why this gadget offers 2 firewire port on it.

if you'll noticed the 2 cables attached to it, one it USB and the other is firewire. So you can attach this via USB and have 2 firewire ports xP

i dont think the firewire will work through a usb connection thus they have a firewire cable in back, but you may be right. BUNNY have u tried using a firewire with just the usb plugged in lol
