You can CLEARLY see sharky lives in a beautiful wealthy environment and i'm sure they had responsible homes chosen for each puppy. And some people want to breed there dog so they can have a puppy from it. And sharky seams like a line that SHOULD be shared.

@mike123asd THESE puppies didnt end up in shelters, THESE puppies wenrt abandoned, or neglected nor did they ad to the ammount of homeless pitbulls, because THESE responsible owners found them all good loving homes, so this one litter of puppies didn't affect the poor population at all.
We have a brindle pit that is 2 yrs. & 1 mth. old. He is the sweetest, smartest, and best dog we have ever had. I raised him to teach people that this breed is not what most people think they are. His name is Rascal and he's amazing! There is nothing that they can't learn and all they desire to do is please their owner. Oh, and thanks to Michael Vick and others like him, for damaging the reputation of this beautiful breed and encouraging ignorance in people to this very day.
Just because a dog is STRONG and POWERFUL!! it does not mean that the dog is evil or dangerous!!! Pitbulls are just like any other dog. If you raise them correctly and know what your doing. You can have a dog just as good as Sharky!! Sharky has been raised correctly and socialised with other animals from a young age. He sees all the animals as his family!! Your dog is absolutely wonderful. I have a pitbull too, and three other dogs and a cat. He is very good with them, but I was wondering, has an animal ever been aggressive with your dog? Did he still act calm? Just wondering because mine has been confronted by some mean opposums and he has snapped their necks every time. I guess I just wonder if this is normal for my dog because your dog seems to be sweet and loving towards everything.

@Kiddalee - Exactly! German Shepherds ARE easy to train. And so are Pitbulls. The temperment is taut by the TRAINER. No breed is predisposed to a certain temperment. Its all in how the dog is raised. Sharky proves that!

Sharky just proves that not all pit bulls are vicious. I've seen more dogs of other species act out in a vicious manner than any pit bull I've ever been around. I just wish the media wasn't so negative about them.
Normally I hate people who breed their pit bulls because there are SO many of them that 800 pit bulls die monthly in Los Angeles alone. However Sharky has so many desirable personality traits that it's good to see his genes passed on, because lots of people carelessly breed people-aggressive pit bulls (AKA "non-correct" pit bulls who do NOT fit the APBT standard due to their human aggression) and those BAD traits are carried, so this maybe evens out the gene pool a bit. :)

@pugzmccormick ,. blue eyes on an APBT is not a major flaw . according to the ADBA (American Dog Breeders Association, the first and one of the only clubs to recognize the "pit bull' as a breed), and American Pit Bull Terrier has no specific eye color therefore allowing blue eyes, green, etc into the conformation ring.
I just saw the other video of Sharky and his father and so many people wanted to complain about Sniper being chained up like they knew it all but funny no one tried to complain about the improper age to breed a PB.Not saying you did something wrong.Apparently it was accidental.I have a PB mix with boxer, looks like a big PB and every time I take him to the dog park people always freak out n try to tell me things like they know it all when they own retrievers and labs.Its annoying
@PLATOON72 That's a silly way to look at neutering and spaying. As humans we have a responsibility to control the population and reduce the risks of further abandoned dogs. In some parts of the world death by electrocution, gas chambers, and needles to the heart are still legal. If your dog isn't fit to be bred [health tested, temperament tested] they should be fixed so that the situation is avoided.
I don't agree: animals has to be free like the human is. If we would consider the castration a solution for humans, soon the entire population will rise against us, labelling us as mad, torturer, or something other. So this is not the way.

Margaret Sanger was a nativist and didn't like all the other foreigners coming in and filling up the ghetto's. Even now our population is booming and they ARE trying to use more and more contraceptives. Unfortunately dogs have not been able to use condoms, so spaying and neutering is the only way. Suck it.
Excuse me deriving them of sex does not harm them or bother them. they dont notice. It is not like declawing a cat. Also not doing so would create stress for both owner and pet. either let them breed like machines and end up with 20 dozen puppies you cant find homes for or be driven mad by their hormone induced antics.
I had a dog for well 14 years, and it was never neutered until 12 yr, when he got a tumour, and the doctor suggested me to do it, and I've never had a problem with him!
except that they're annoying. you either let them have sex or try to ignore their annoying hormone induced garbage. (especially male cat spray) and we have enough of an animal overpopulation. especially with puppy and kitty mills mass producing them
Sharky is just such a happy, nice dog. He really has changed my view of pit bulls. I'm still scared of them, but at least I know that there's ONE good one out there.
I've known plenty of nice pit bulls. My neighbor has a pit mix who is nothing but a huge baby and my Dad's neighbor has one who comes over and visits for scratches. I wouldn't ever own one, because I just don't have time to be a proper pit bull owner, like Sharky's Momma is.
@hothotheat3000 Most Pitbulls if raised in a proper environment are great family pets, the ones that you hear about attacking are fighting dogs, they are abused mistreated and forced into the ring with another dog then provoke to fight each other, those animals can come out of rehab and be a somewhat normal dog. Pitbulls are not as aggressive as people think them to be. Alot of pitbulls are like Sharky are out there you just gotta look.
I love Sharky! He was so gentle with his daughters in this video. I am a "cat" person, but after seeing Sharky with his daughters, the chicks, the bunnies, Shiva and of course, his cat Max-Arthur, I am CONVICED I could become a dog person if I had a wonderful pet like Sharky! Please keep the videos comming! I can't tell you how much I enjoy them. By the way, I have long believed that it is impossible to stay awake if you watch a dog or cat sleep. Sharky's sleepy time video is proof of that!

It is estimated that up to 200 Pit Bulls are killed EVERY DAY in Los Angeles County, CA, shelters alone because there are not enough homes for them. Imagine the number across the entire United States... You Should really reconsider breeding Sharky. he is Beautiful ! From a true PIT LOVER forever.

Even now our population is booming and they ARE trying to use more and more contraceptives. Unfortunately dogs have not been able to use condoms, so spaying and neutering is the only way. Suck it.

Excuse me deriving them of sex does not harm them or bother them. they dont notice. It is not like declawing a cat. Also not doing so would create stress for both owner and pet. either let them breed like machines and end up with 20 dozen puppies you cant find homes for or be driven mad by their hormone induced antics.

I had a dog for well 14 years, and it was never neutered until 12 yr, when he got a tumour, and the doctor suggested me to do it, and I've never had a problem with him!

except that they're annoying. you either let them have sex or try to ignore their annoying hormone induced garbage. (especially male cat spray) and we have enough of an animal overpopulation. especially with puppy and kitty mills mass producing them

Sharky is just such a happy, nice dog. He really has changed my view of pit bulls. I'm still scared of them, but at least I know that there's ONE good one out there.

I've known plenty of nice pit bulls. My neighbor has a pit mix who is nothing but a huge baby and my Dad's neighbor has one who comes over and visits for scratches. I wouldn't ever own one, because I just don't have time to be a proper pit bull owner, like Sharky's Momma is.

@hothotheat3000 Most Pitbulls if raised in a proper environment are great family pets, the ones that you hear about attacking are fighting dogs, they are abused mistreated and forced into the ring with another dog then provoke to fight each other, those animals can come out of rehab and be a somewhat normal dog. Pitbulls are not as aggressive as people think them to be. Alot of pitbulls are like Sharky are out there you just gotta look.

I love Sharky! He was so gentle with his daughters in this video. I am a "cat" person, but after seeing Sharky with his daughters, the chicks, the bunnies, Shiva and of course, his cat Max-Arthur, I am CONVICED I could become a dog person if I had a wonderful pet like Sharky! Please keep the videos comming! I can't tell you how much I enjoy them. By the way, I have long believed that it is impossible to stay awake if you watch a dog or cat sleep. Sharky's sleepy time video is proof of that!

It is estimated that up to 200 Pit Bulls are killed EVERY DAY in Los Angeles County, CA, shelters alone because there are not enough homes for them. Imagine the number across the entire United States... You Should really reconsider breeding Sharky. he is Beautiful ! From a true PIT LOVER forever.
