It wasn't added, it was part of it. She is dreaming that she was only dreaming, it was in the orginal. She didn't dream that it happened she is dreaming that it didn't because the song writer's wife died before he wrote this song and those words are a reflection of how he wants her back

It was indeed added. After the song originally aired on the radio, there was a wave of suicides so it was decided that a third verse would be added to the original to leave the listener on a happy note rather than a sad one.

no, you are not right, the translation would be sad sunday, but it is so silly, so gloomy sunday. the title of the film is szomorú vasárnap as well. szomorú is gloomy and vasárnap is sunday :)
