@hawenoni Perry Como was in his 70's when he recorded And i Love You So and brought attention to McLean being more than American Pie so maybe If We Try would have hit a less eclectic market. As for Mr. Como he had top 10 hits in 4 decades so I doubt your opinion is going to have a huge impact...
