Yunnan Province is my hometown. There are 28 minority groups live there besides the Han majority. The languages spoken in Yunnan and the culture diversity are amazing. 酸筍魚 (Fresh Fish Pot with Sour Bamboo Shoot）is especially the best known dish from Dai People. Yummy!!
