I think we should use New York Governor Michael BLOOMBERG's Idea that got Rid of NYC's Homeless, Just give HAITIANS one way tickets back to Africa! It would cost only $400 a head, verses $40,000 a head to rebuild their homes! After all, it was the Slave Traders that Stuck them on Haiti in the First Place. alkh, Bloomberg gave the New York City Homeless one way Bus tickets out of town and enough for a cheap hotel and food for a week. Hopefully they went to Disneyland and then came back to NY after a good time.
