  • Had his party piece which was making his car out of stainless steel. Neither of these men had the real expertise to make their cars great. In the end both companies went belly up, and very few examples of either car were actually made. Now I know I'll piss off the Delorean and Bricklin fans, but it's not the cars faults, it's the lack of expertise and money that led to their ultimate failure. Deloreans are nice, and Bricklins go like many cars twice their price.

  • I have a soft spot for both of these cars, but only because they were two of the biggest automotive failures when they should've been successes. Also Yes, I know Delorean brought us some great cars. However, he failed when he tried to do it himself, as did Mr. Bricklin. Both of these men had visions, but not the capitol to make a good go of them. Bricklin had the power in big proven v8 power, but the cars were made of fiberglass and were painted some really unattractive colors. Delorean...

  • Delorean also brought us the Firebird and also tried to give us a little Corvette killer called the Banshee.

  • thank god for John Delorean. Brought us the Pontiac GTO, The Trans AM and the Delorean of course. He wouldn't brought the us the Delorean if the Bricklin wasn't born. My two FAVORITE CARS OF ALL TIME! I will have them both one day.
