Hi does anyone if any bleeding occurs after the procedure? And if so, how long?

@bymyselfable. Typically there is very little vaginal bleeding in the first weeks after surgery. There is a 2-3% risk of monthly cyclic "spotting" after the procedure. There is a 1% risk of having to remove the cervix later.

Going to have this surgery in a couple weeks, interesting what technology can do these days. Makes me less nervous to have the procedure done.

It's not pointless if you have chronic pelvic pain that is not responding to drug treatment, and you're looking to have a hysterectomy. I found this quite educational.
