  • Hi does anyone if any bleeding occurs after the procedure? And if so, how long?

  • @bymyselfable. Typically there is very little vaginal bleeding in the first weeks after surgery. There is a 2-3% risk of monthly cyclic "spotting" after the procedure. There is a 1% risk of having to remove the cervix later.

  • Going to have this surgery in a couple weeks, interesting what technology can do these days. Makes me less nervous to have the procedure done.

  • Wow!3 weeks at home recovery from ( abdominal incision )hysterectomy cos I had endometriosis.Interesting to see what happen to me during surgery.Very educational. Thanks!

  • Great video for me.... I'm preparing to have this surgery and seeing what will be done is much better than imagining it!

  • Just underwent this procedure myself two weeks ago. Thank you for this post - I really appreciate being able to watch exactly what happened to me. Not pointless at all - not for me, anyway. Thanks again.

  • i liked it.

  • thats a pkemon song haha

  • It's not pointless if you have chronic pelvic pain that is not responding to drug treatment, and you're looking to have a hysterectomy. I found this quite educational.

  • pointless just pointless

    ........no offense
