  • F* me that's an awesome lineup. As if Brian wasn't good enough alone, that just oozes talent overload!

  • Comment removed

  • Guitarists,Guitarists , Guitarists, Guitarists, Guitarists, Guitarists, and... Guitarists !!

  • This is epic. :) my ears totally just melted

  • :O !!! Eddie VanHalen + Setzer = WIN

  • An awesome display by a few of the world's greatest guitar heros...a big thumbs up :)

  • This is for everyone who wants to know what a god is or who the true God is: People serve gods whether it be real or false, Kings and Queens sacrifice for gods, democracy and autocracy fight and destroy in the name of God, but only a god can call on another god's presence to take stage and participate in another god's activity. What we just witnessed was the real Mount Olympus where the gods lived for only a few minutes and in the glory of the one true God, who wore a nice black bow tie:)

  • It's just too much talent for one stage...

  • I don't know what is doing Eddie Van Halen there.

  • Man look at the cat on the upright go!

  • awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This has to be one of the biggest moments in Rockabilly history!

  • @joeperrymk take away the "abilly" part... actually take away the "Rockabilly" part, then it'll be more accurate

  • this should get more thumbs up than lady gaga and Justin Biber combined.

  • @nel21410mt

Dude, there was a point where parents found this repulsive and hardly called this music at all. You are doing that right now. And you're telling us to make music? What about you? What music have you done that started a revolution...exactly.

  • omg i wasnt expecting to see soo many great guitarists here ! :O

  • @Hardboi01 Brian Setzer is like 3 guitarists merged in one

  • Please can you suggest me some bands same style and appeal that Stray cats..??

    I like them very much!

  • @siviolina

Their style is Rockabilly with a (hard)rock touch, really...

So just look up some rockabilly artists (real rockabilly pioneers are Carl Perkins, Gene Vincent, Buddy Holly, Eddie Cochran, Elvis, Chuck Berry, Johnny Cash and others)

Now if you're also in the mood for harder, louders forms of Rockabilly, there's bands like Volbeat (who mix rockabilly with metal) and a Rockabilly-related genre,

Psychobilly (bands such as Batmobile, the Cramps, Mad Sin, Nekromantix)

  • @RmonSP or social distortion

  • @subimeyouthBJJ social distortion is more of a punk band, you can just as will mention the Misfits if you include social distortion.

Although imo social distortion has some good shit. ;)

  • wow almost better than the elvis version almost

  • string bass and white wing tips, ClassiCool!

  • epicest epicness in the history of epicness

  • I've seen the Stray Cats perform :\

  • It was a Mormon that invented the electric guitar . He died a few years ago. His name was Alvino Rey. The electric guitar is the most popular performance musical instrument in the world.

  • @v94m dude! check out ''Psycho devilles'' and ''Hillbilly casino''.

  • @damgypsy21 mmk thank you i will :}

  • @v94m So do I, if only I was talented enough to play music. I'd show this generation what music is. Rockabilly Rules!!!!

  • @ABoredGreaser totally agree with you lool

  • @v94m

There are still many good Rock'n'roll & Rockabilly bands out there. Not nearly as many as there were in the 50's, of course, but we still have some.

You won't hear them on the radio (unless you can find a Rockabilly radio show), but you can find them on youtube & other places on the net..

THE BLACK KNIGHTS from Sweden are one of my faves. Check out their 'Rock'n'Roll Party Man' on youtube.

  • @v94m There are plenty of awesome rockabilly bands out there today. It just gets not much attention.

The next 5 minutes or so were electric. I think this may be one of my absolute favorite youtube vids now. What a classic performance ending with the father of the electric guitar...Les Paul. I can't say enough....it was FANTASTIC!!!

  • RIP Les Paul, the man who literally invented the modern electric guitar. He will be forever missed. This jam session was one of the best ever done. Shame that music like this is fading into history. God's band in Heaven just got better.
