I saved this almost a year ago...and just watched it again. I reminded me how I cried on election night. This video is a treasure. Thank you for making it. Its part of history. (This music sure helps, doesn't it? So inspiring!)
@Kokomoka123 ...Midterms are just around the corner (2010)...and this still makes me cry. I hope folks will realize the "10 word answer" isn't going to solve our problems. Give this just man a chance....2 years isn't long enough to undo 8 years of *******. God Bless you, Mr. President!!!!!
Beautiful! It made me weep. Oh God, he reminds me of Bobby Kennedy in the HOPE he gives us. I pray for his safety. Well done video...a tribute, really. Well done.

My nigger! WOW! My favorite show theme and one of the most amazing moments of this century. Mr. Obama is the president. By the way, the "n" word is to remind republicans and some liberals that" nothing can withstand the strength of an idea whose time has come". Not their prejudices, no their lies and innuendos. We have a black president. The Constitution is alive and well.
Interesting, and very well done for a promotional video. Also, kind-of coincidential. I recently read an article that Maureen Dowd and Aaron Sorkin (West Wing Creator and writer) created a scene where Barack Obama goes to consult with Jed Bartlett at his New Hampshire home for campaign advice. It's well thought out for a random idea. If Obama were anything of an actor, I would suggest putting it together, except some might perceive it to dramatic and some simply didn't agree with the show.
I read that Barlett/Obama thing Sorkin wrote -- I thought it was interesting, though I'm not sure Sorkin's Obama is 100% true to the real Obama. Parts of it felt stilted, but I liked it overall.
That's true...though I really enjoyed reading Bartlet's part - it really felt like seeing an old friend again who I haven't seen in a long time, and I thought it was a well written scene, which I enjoyed.
I just discovered this, and it made me tear up just like I did on Election Night. Great job.

This video seems so wonderfully apt today. Good luck President Obama, good luck America.

This is great, you did a wonderful job! When he becomes president (yes he will!), you should make one with all his senior staff.
