More like a jet of astronomical size, only a bit different where matter and energy are being thrown out in the same direction from both sides of it. What happens when a black hole, neutron star, or an object with an extreme-level gravitational field that spins at relativistic speed, where matter and eneregy are expelled outwards at speeds that are, from our point of view are moving faster than light.
