By take off he obviously didn't mean literally flying, it's just the way that the front of the car is shaped, along with the weight of the engine in the rear means that the faster the car is going, the more air is passing under the front of the car, causing it to lift slightly. The most noticable difference is the steering getting lighter. The same thing happened in the GT40s because the design and layout was so similar. I think this was solved in the SVJ with the addition of a front spoiler.
I'm sure it is set up fine, he's going over 60 in the video, in the rain and not airborne. It's not his knowledge that is bad, it's the way he presents many things as junk when he has not driven the car for many miles, or owned it. He was really bad about this when he was younger, but has calmed down lately.

JC is a great presenter, but in all honesty often knows very little about the cars hes driving.
can a miura get light at speed - well yes maybe but not at 60, by all accounts of ppl who actually know not even at 160 if set up right.
