  • @nathwild112 I am pretty sure the "shhhh" was so people could hear the music he was amazingly playing...not to be disrespectful. He is a very nice person from what I've heard so I don't believe he mean't any disrespect.

  • @nathwild112 ur the douche

  • Great guitarist, killer tone. But "shhhhh" ? Cummon! If you want to be centre of attention then work for it with your playing, don't demand it like a douche. Riff was shit anyway.

  • I could eat that guitar tone.

  • good blues man

  • 3:54 .... shhhh!!!!

  • It's a known fact Joe learned every blues style of all the masters so it matters not who or what might be emulated only that the masters recognize Joe as a master in his own rights, :)

  • absolutely SICK tone and playing. i likey.

  • This is a FREE cover, its off an alum called Tons of Sobs.

  • Look at early Cream or Peter Green with John Mayall BB.....think you`ll find the tone/style comes from their inspiration ;-))

  • he dosnt try to sound like SRV thats a good thing because his own vibe is very sweet, and his tone is his own...

Great hands , great vocals, feeling it as he plays....

    hot chops, great stage presence,

the bedroom wanker hate poster crowd must be going nuts with jealousy

    :)

  • Great riffs - reminds me of me when I was younger

  • This guy blows my mind. Amazing tone, insane chops, great vocals, blazing, smoldering licks -- is Joe Bonamassa the best blues player on the planet?

  • @gmaland yes hands down he is the best blues player on the planet alive

  • Sounds like he is having a hard time hearing himself on this one.

  • lol.

    SHHHH!@

  • lol i thought he was gonna play smoke on the water at the start!

  • Anybody who recognizes Free/Paul Kossoff's greatness is OK in my book!

  • I'm certainly on the top in your book then!Have known them from the beginning, and still love them.Selftitled Bad Co( black) album is the best rock album of all times!

  • What kind of amp is he using?

  • He has a four amp rig consiting of a Marshall Silver Jubilee, a Two Rock, a Category 5, and a Carol-Ann. This is his current live rig but throughout the years it has fluxtuated and you will see everything from all Marshalls to Buddas to evrything else.

BTW his Marshall Silver Jubilee is always running. Large component of his sound.

  • Slash also used the Marshall Silver Jubilee amps when he was in Guns 'n Roses. Awesome amplifier.

  • In this vid he is using his Mashall Jubilee. He also uses another amp company called Category 5 (who make sweet, but really expensive amps)

  • In this vid I'm pretty sure he is using his Marshall Jubilee. He also uses another amp company called Category 5, who make really sweet but really expensive amps.

  • he's using 4... there's vids of his rig

  • It is the recording ass whipe.... Did you not read the heading, Amature Recording?

  • wow. can't wait to see him.

  • I really don't think it gets much better on a freakin guitar. He is BAd Ass!

  • Thanks for sharing this great vid!

  • GREAT VID ....

  • Come Hungary pls:D:D

  • 3:10 - sounds like a piano. amazing

  • @mistersnaredrum Yep, that is an old blues piano riff. Good way to pick up different blues licks is to listen to piano and sax.

  • Nice cover of a great Free song.

  • GO DENMARK! :D

  • Wankin in my Shadow, I can't fuckin take this shit no more. Don't know what else to do so I'll keep wankin more and more.

  • SShhh!

  • Do I smell some Stevie Ray Vaughn influence? Pride and Joy? I thought it was awesome anyways though :)

  • I think it's cold shot you smell :-)

  • i didnt hear much SRV in this. joe says he was more into rory gallagher. he also says he basically "steals" clapton and eric johnson's stuff. which i think is the most evident in his playing. he also a big free fan.

  • Nope..it doesn't sound like SRV..

  • @eenhoopzever exactly...it sounds like paul kossoff, like he wanted to.

  • Damn. fucking awesome!

  • far out.. Mind blowing

  • what camera did you use? great camera sound quality......

  • @sgdan143 I bet it wasn't the camera's microphone.. but that's just me... I believe they probably used a simultaneous second track over-lay for the amazing quality...but i'm an ignorant fool...

  • @Jozsus It was the camcorder mic, but I now use Edirol sound recorders

  • Great concert! best one that year!

  • joeeeee.. great post(Y)
