it probably appears slower because it is a digital rendition - a patient with hemi-neglect would usually only draw half the clock (a semi-circle) with most of the numbers on one side. This drawing appeared to be done by a fully functioning subject (in my limitied experience)
this tests for hemi-spatial neglect (unilateral) - in simpler terms: testing to see if there is damage to the right side of the brain by asking a patient to draw a picture, and examining which parts (if any) are not drawn. Remember the right hemisphere is usually non-dominant and accounts for a great deal of out spatial attentional abilities.

What does this test test for? I noticed that it took the subject a good 30 seconds that someone else could have drawn in 10...
