The interview with the Smithfield official reminds me of the young guys from King Corn interviewing Earl Butz and my Iowa Republican Senator Chuck Grassley (on the King Corn DVD as an extra). Here and there, in each case, they were unprepared, and they gave too much opportunity to the corporate advocates. A serious, long term Iowa family farm activist would have made mince meat of all 3. check out my video review of the Grassley interview! The same should be done for this, and on the Butz one.
