@AIGmanchester19 its kindof simple....well for me atleast....cuz im a ninja....first learn to side flip(cartwheal with no hands).....the learn to put pressure in your front leg and arching your shoulders and torso for spin....once you get a 180 into the flip....learn to get a 360...then a 540...then once you have that just spread your legs in the flip and attempt a kick...once you undsetand what your doing .... learn to aim it
