One of Bruce's greatest ever songs...amongst an absolute bible of classics. 40 years of consistantly brilliant music and lyrics. Nobody even comes close to Springsteen as a songwriter and live performer.
My Dad was leaving to go to the bathroom when this song started. When he heard the beginning, he came back. Songs like this make me think that Bruce is my 3rd parent, because whenever shit happens that messes everything up, between my family, with school, with life in general, I can always turn my iPod on and listen to Bruce and everything's ok.
Like Jon Stewart said, When you listen to Bruce Springsteen music, you are not a loser, you are a character in an epic poem.... about losers. (Jon was there during this concert. I point to him during the Out in the Street video)
@TheMagikRat: that's an awesome quote! And so true. Everyone has one Bruce song they can relate to, and put themselves in. Thanks for posting all these videos and helping me re-live that awesome night :)
