  • shoulder to shoulder...Good clean hit, bullshit call.

  • wtfs so wrong about this amazing hit??

  • Bad call all the way. A joke. Daddy Campbell will always protect his little boy Greggy!!! Glad the incompetent Colin Campbell is out of there. He was the joke working in the NHL, now the biggest one is still there, Napoleon Bettman. The man suffering from the Bonaparte syndrome.

  • that whats happens when you hit gregory campbell atleast colin campbell is gone now

  • Watch Marchand while he's tied up with Bergenheim at 00:17 . I can't stand that little cunt. Hopefully someone cleans his fuckin clock.

  • Clean check

  • I guess Stamkos Shit his pant when he saw Chara come at him ahaha

  • Horrible call us spot on ,just like the ref'ing in this series HORRIBLE !

  • He sorta just tapped him as he was turning. I wouldn't say he "nailed" him but i also don't really think that warrants a penalty

  • yea brad

  • guys, its boarding, clearly. "A boarding penalty shall be imposed on any player or goalkeeper who checks an opponent in such a manner that causes the opponent to be thrown violently in the boards." NOW, Was he thrown violently into the boards? Yes. "The onus is on the player applying the check to ensure his opponent is not in a vulnerable position and if so, he must avoid the contact." THERE YOU GO. And guys, if you have EVER played you dont sell a dive into the boards unless you want to die.

  • @hockeyyismylife if it worked that way then every other hit along the boards would be boarding, that penalty is worded in a way that even if the ref makes the wrong call eh can be legitimized, it is a bs rule

  • @NHLArchive Yeah I play hockey and this is always called for boarding. It's all about the positioning of the player.

  • Stamkos Is unreal

  • When will people stop hating on Campbell???Seriously!!FYI Colin Campbell had nothing to do with this call in fact he is not allowed to have any input in any penalties regarding his son or anyone in the Bruins!!Ughh

  • I was at that game and I was close enough to see the hit. If you look at the replay, Campbell had his weight on the left side of his body and they keep calling it a "shoulder to shoulder" hit. Stamkos got him in the RIBS!! If Campbell had just turned two inches to the left, Stamkos could have paralyzed him! Campbell couldn't brace himself or protect himself from that hit. He should have gone after the puck. Campbell hadn't even touched it yet. Good call by the refs protecting the player.

  • Pens should trade for Campbell... Cindyrella needs a diving partner

  • It was a textbook boarding call. Correct call made.

  • Who does Campbell think he is with that fake flop? Ronaldo?

  • sad thing about nhl today? every clean hit has to be followed by a fight, play the game ffs

  • how is this boarding @jordin22rules this was a shoulder to shoulder check... his body isnt even facing the boards lmao

  • @DeInevitable: 41.1 Boarding – A boarding penalty shall be imposed on any player or goalkeeper who checks an opponent in such a manner that causes the opponent to be thrown violently in the boards. The severity of the penalty, based upon the degree of violence of the impact with the boards, shall be at the discretion of the Referee. The onus is on the player applying the check to ensure his opponent is not in a vulnerable position and if so, he must avoid the contact.

  • @DeInevitable the boarding rule i so vague and stupid. any hit that causes a player to hit the boards violently can be called boarding.

  • Just because a hit is shoulder-to-shoulder doesn't mean it's always a clean hit. It was a boarding penalty, get over it.

  • 100% clean hit...

  • This game had a lot of questionable hits that went for penalties......this was just another in a long line during this game

  • Terrible call.

  • The funny thing is, the ref at the other end of the zone (right of the screen) had the best view of the hit out of all the officials and he didn't blow the whistle. Don Van Massenhoven (the worst official in the NHL) made the LATE call from the neutral zone.

  • totally clean hit !

  • Great hit. Not a penalty.

  • that was pure shoulder to shoulder

  • CLEAN HIT, DECIDED THE GAME, TAMPA WAS ROBBED BY THE REFS

  • Horrible call. Plain and simple.

  • Comment removed

  • its called sticking up for your teammates!!.. Not bein a pussy!!.. and Brickley was right in his assessment of the hit it wasnt from behind.. !.it was on the side and it wasnt shoulder to shoulder..!.. He deserved a 2 minute minor..thanks Stamkos.. we get the two points and outta Tampa!

  • @caz62 you either blind or a typical cheating stupid ass beantown fan.... that was side to side. If u werent a bruins fan u would agree admit that bitch.

  • @deftonesrule311 whats wrong dude have a bad day ? beat your dog? kick the cat? us beantowners are quite content where we are ? where are you freezing yourass in canada eh??? Get over it it .. have a nice day!

  • Dangggg Tampa got screwed on that one! That's a clean hip check.Marchand fights like a female.

  • what a bullshit call, what fucking response is necessary?? the bruins announcers gotta be the worst in the entire game

  • 2 minutes for checking Gregory Campbell

  • bad call, which cost a point from Tampa.

  • Brickley is such a tool. His other points are somewhat valid but there is no way to say that wasn't 100% shoulder to shoulder.

  • BULLSHIT CALL! And you gotta love the slew-footing at the end of the scrum by the Boston player that gets no call. REAL CLASSY! But as usual Don VanMassenhoven and company fuck another team out of a win...They even showed 2 refs and players on the Boston bench chatting and laughing at the start of the 3rd. terrible officiating.

  • hahaahaha at the Bruins haters. Haters gonna hate. they are jealous they aren't nearly as god as the Bruins.

must be 'fans' of the 'thrashers' or habs bahahahahahaha

  • @amn22492 No need to hate the Bruins, we just laugh at them.

  • @amn22492 i am not a fan of either and I don't hate on the bruins, this was a bad call and people have a point about brickley during this telecast, he was being biased on a national telecast

  • @NHLArchive

not a bad call at all... it was boarding. What the refs screwed up on was not giving Chara or another Bruin an extra roughing to keep it even strength.

  • @amn22492 not a fan of any of the teams involved but what a bullshit call, you got the most shit announcers in the entire league, how do you deal with that??

  • @nikitamber222

haha quite nicely actually. Brickley is one of the better commentators out there, he has the hockey IQ to be a coach even. Now edwards... well he's a clown but he makes NESN games more fun to watch so nbd.

  • @amn22492 I'd sooner be a fan of the habs then bruins... their win loss record is embarousing.. 28/7 before the playoffs. The bruins won that bout.. but by the slimmest of margins.

  • Bruins hockey, can't take a hit without being a bitch about it.

  • Looks like boston is the biggest group of pansies in the NHL. I wouldnt be surprised if they try to start a brawl over a poke check let alone a legal check

  • Give it 10 years. All contact will be banned from hockey.

  • Clean hit from the side (not behind), no need for a penalty or a stupid scrum afterwards.

  • I used to think the Bruins were tough. But after seeing this and Lucic's hurt vagina over another clean hit from Meyer, I can only say the Boston Bruins are the biggest pussies in the league.

And I hate Andy Brickley. How does that homer moron get national broadcast jobs?

  • @prorobo It is impossible for teams to throw clean hits anymore with teams overreacting like the Bruins.
