I don't understand how you have sick BW skills then do these numbers in powerlifting. Not that they are low by any means, but I can pull 550 and bench 315, but I can barely do 15 chin-ups and a 60 second tuck front lever. I do weigh a lean 220lb though; a good 45 more than you and I am 73 inches tall. How tall are you? I know you can do much more....Keep it up...
@kluthage421 A look at any Strength Standards chart puts my lifts in the "advanced" category. It just takes time and dedicated practice to get up to an elite level in anything. I haven't been powerlifting as long.
That's a good look. I considered power lifting to compliment my ju jitsu and mma training, but I was concerned that the extra muscle might limit my flexibility. I like how you mix the body weight exercise with weights. Might try it myself.
@eon001 I don't think extra muscle limits flexibility. Not stretching limits flexibility. There's a picture of strength legend John Grimek (I believe), and he's bending over and reach about a foot past his toes. Tons of muscle, tons of flexibility.
Nice numbers for your bodyweight!

Good job man. If you arch your back more and use more leg drive on the bench, I can almost guarantee your numbers will explode. GOOD JOB.
