nope. they're just good friends. runner runner and all time low are all good friends, but especially zack and the guys of rr. they live together in huntington beach in california. 3/5ths of runner runner was originally from a place in virginia that's only like 40 minutes away from baltimore. not to mention that rr is actually over it by a different name and over it was HUGE in dc/va/md when all time low was just getting started and they influenced them a lot.
