The splitt screen took me a lot of time and nerves. ^^;

It´s called "masking". Search for "masking sony vegas" here on Youtube and you should find some tutorials that will help you. ;)

I love Merlin and Trading Yesterday, so I got really excited over this video. ^_^ I don't have this version; I have the one for Love Song Requiem, though. I like their more emotional versions, yeah! This video was a nice change from some of the more fast-paced videos I've found. I tried to picture it from your point of view, and I can kind of see why you're disappointed with it-- but we've both gotta admit the bed scene is a must for a "reflecting" video.

This is beautiful - you can really feel the angst and longing that Merlin has for Arthur; I love the visual quality of this video - the tones and lighting really add to the emotional impact and I particularly love the moment where we see Merlin's pensive face and then you fade in Arthur at the window with a similar expression - just breathtakingly gorgeous; beautiful song too - perfect for them.Thanks for sharing this!

I think Arthur feels something for Merlin, he doesn't realise its love just yet, but maybe a deeper sense of friendship.

Merlin, knows Arthur doesn't see him that way, but Arthur would be very upset if anything would happen to Merlin.

Thanks for your comment! You got it exactly what I wanted to show! Merlins feelings for Arthur changed somehow and he doesn´t know if Arthur feels the same for him. Merlin thinks he doesn´t, but I added 1 Arthur-scene in the present as he looked out the window (I tried to use different colorations for present and dream, but I don´t know if you can see it at that moment), and there he has this thoughtful look, too. So it´s open up to interpretation, if Arthur maybe feels the same for Merlin.

Merlin loves and cares for Arthur. But Arthur hasn't had "Oh, my God moment," emotions wise. When it does, its going to hit him like, a lighting bolt.

Merlin isn't going rock the boat, by confessing his feelings for Arthur. He rather have Arthur's friendship, than nothing at all.
