I love how some random guy just walks around in complete darkness out in the middle of nowhere.... be able to see him would be the least of my worries.
but this night vision it different than bmw 5 sedan from 2008. this is much better it shows you everything. in the older version it just showed things that can cause heat.
@xzaxx Actually thermal imaging is far better than nightvision for that reason. Most living things give off heat, so as far as safety goes, thermal imaging is better. In addition, thermal imaging can see through smoke, fog, and other conditions which would block the view of a nightvision cam. Nightvision needs a source of light to see, where as thermal needs no light. Thermal is far superior, only thing is, it costs literally 50 times more..
I don't think so because the obastacles on the road might not be always people.

It tells you half a second before you hit anyone...just half a second...at 90m/h you'll kill that guy, i just don't get it.

actually, it detect things up to 500 mt, perhaps the warning comes up when it's closer, but you can see it before..
