My cat used to have an eye problem that made her have tears. The vet said she would have to undergo very risky surgery to stop the tears, which could potentially blind her, so we let her live out her days with slightly leaky eyes. She was a happy cat!

As far as I know, cat cafes are extremely careful about their cats. In videos about the cafes I watched, visitors even have to wash their hands with disinfectants before touching the cats and the cafes are quite strict about it. So I'm sure the cat cafe took good notice about the cat's condition (if it has any, since I read a comment that says it's not an infection). No worries. :) It's an adorable kitten.

No eye infection. It's a Persian. The pushed-in faces that they're bred with makes their tear ducts malfunction. They have to get their faces wiped frequently or...they can easily get eye infections.
