Ya it also says they pay taxes, but notice it doesn't specify. They assume sales tax, which is true but many send money back to Mexico, so even sales tax is overestimated. No inc tax (the big one), soc sec, Medicare.. their employers also don't pay these which compounds the effect. How about other state, local, property taxes which pay for many benefits that they use like schools? Those are direct consequences but the indirect or unseen burdens are 10-fold. Too many to list.

Immigration for the most part makes no sense any more. The US is over populated and immigrants coming here in modern times are subsidized by those who came before: the country is already built up. Cheap labor is not cheap when you take into account the use of the 'commons' (roads, hospitals,schools, police,fire, courts,etc.) by new arrivals. Besides, exploiting people is never good. Also, how is inviting ethiopians into your home even a close analogy? We aren't giving anyone free stuff. Whatever resources they use of ours they have to pay for with some of theirs. Free trade always benefits all parties.

@Houshalter Who said I was justifying it? Does the violence disappear because some in the violent nation are emmigrating? A logical absurdity. And who is talking about trade? Why so keen to randomly move the debate to topics you are more familiar with?
Returning to the topic, assuming you are an objectivist/anachist/libertarian, which it sounds like you are, what defines a nation or a state if there are no geodemographic discontinuities (migration preventing borders)?

@tothemax01, how are you going to stop immigration without force? So no, it does sound like you are trying to justify the use of violence against innocents. Immigration, from an economic standpoint, is trade. Immigrants see a place where there is a demand for labor, and move to fill it. It has everything to do with the principles of free trade.
For most of history states were unable to prevent immigration, and besides, there were no citizenship papers or anything.
