I'm honestly undecided. I don't feel like we get enough time with SS Gogeta to really know him as opposed to Vegito. Sure GT has SS4 Gogeta but I feel as though the level of Super Saiyan makes him so much more...primal? That he wouldn't quite be the same as regular SS Gogeta. Like the difference between Super Saiyan Goku and Super Saiyan 3. Increased aggression and the like.
