  • if you hit 2 repeatedly on the replay it has a disturbing message.

  • I have to pee

  • How did this get 56 thousand views exactly?

  • I worked for Delta in Greensburg, IN for nearly 2 decades. Old man Manoogian was a decent man, designing & building quality products, insisting on GREAT customer service & treating employees with respect. Employment at Delta then was coveted as wages were very good with excellent benefits. After he died his son took over, immediately looting his daddy's empire. EVERYTHING went to shit. He pilfered from everyone involved. Morale & quality collapsed. I saw the writing on the wall & escaped. Sad.

  • Take the handle off with an allen wrench and remove the metal cover with an adjustable crescent wrench, then remove the plastic piece. Under the plastic piece still inside the faucet you will see a black stopper type gasket, carefully remove it with a screwdriver , directly under that gasket their is a spring. The spring is the problem, use the allen wrench to pull it out. Then replace the spring or slightly stretch it to get a better compression against the gasket. resemble the unit.

  • I understand this is not a recent issue, but the loose handle is an allen screw that wasn't properly tightened or "checked" for tight when it was initially installed. Second, Delta faucets are prone to leak with water pressure above 60psi, which every single device is mfg. with incorporating that measure of pressure as "normal". Now, if you're above that number, that can make any faucet leak over time, but Delta faucets give that indicator before other product brands. Hiding a problem isn't good

  • Mr. Obvious, you're a life saver!

  • yep its leaking thanks a bunch. I now feel much better.

  • Ok so i'm looking for info on how to repair a leaky faucet and I watch this video.

I just wanna give you nice big dope slap!

  • cinbad27 is on the right track.

A $3.50 part will likely stop the leak. Take off the handle and remove the stem/cartridge and you'll see the little rubber seat underneath.

Handle set screw is either loose or not even on the stem it should be hitting. 3/32" allen wrench to loosen it back up, set the handle down, then tighten. Total of 15 minutes for the entire job.

  • Their products f**cking suck. I bought a faucet, two towel racks and a TP dispenser. ALL of them have broken and gotten loose in less than three years of use. Delta is an embarrasment.

  • I dunno, I have 10 delta faucets in my house. All of them are 20 years old and not one has ever leaked.

  • The things they made 20 years ago might have been halfway decent. What they make now (probably in Bangladesh) is made with cheap parts and materials and falls apart quickly. Don't waste your money on these clowns.

  • The vast majority of our products are made in Jackson, Tennessee, actually. I must admit that we recently opened a plant in China. The way to tell if you're buying an American made Delta vs. one coming from our Chinese plant is to take a look at the white stick on the product box. If you see a bold-faced "C" on the box, it comes from our plant in China. A "T" represents our Jackson, TN plant.

  • haha lol heyy do u actually work for delta any ways if you do please tell me how good the new delta touch faucet is i plan on getting one this week and were can i buy it at im sure i cant get it at home depot lol please let me know thanks trey

  • If this is an older faucet,it probably needs new "seats and springs" to stop the drip. The loose handle can be tightened with a set of allen wrenches. If new, call 812-663-4433(Delta Greensburg,In.)
