You can either change your grip which I doubt would do the trick. I know you hit most of your shot left, but a little hit and hold. Look at the stack and tilt videos. The move through the ball would be perfect for you.
As for grip, it just depends on which grip produces for you a square clubhead at the top. For those who don't know, a square clubhead means that the angle of the club face is parallel with the angle of the arm at top. Your strong grip usually means your hands should be a little lower at address, and at the top, your left wrist should be a little cupped to keep the clubface parallel with your arm. Just look at Adam Scotts swing as a reference for what a strong grip is suppose to look like.
In your case, it's obvious you take the club back inside the target line. Without some sort of compensation, it's impossible to deliver the club on plane in your downswing. Just remember that when you take the club back along the target line, it produces an 'optical' illusion that you're actually outside the target line. Even PGA professionals work on this religiously in their practice sessions.
Being a golf professional and a scratch golfer - many of these tips are only going to hurt you - Ben Hogan use to say amateur golfers love giving reasons for their bad shots, such as "you didn't keep your head down", when that isn't the case at all. Instead, there's usually a miscue within one of the key fundamentals of the golf swing.
your grip is very very strong work on weakenin that. You really kick your front knee out which will make it hard to be consistant start your swing with bumpin your front hip to start the down swing for more consistency remember the front knee shdnt out race the front hip:P
the back swing was alright and the follow through was good. i'v got the same driver- 9.5 degrees, $350AUS marked down to $150AUS, its a great club to hit with.
I suppose its constructive comment your looking for? Well, the leg action needs firming up a little, less of a snatch at it with the shoulders too. Its clear to me that you've got considerable physical ability to go at it like that, maybe thats why you've attracted some of these comments? (their jealous!) - Quieten the shoulders and upper arms and firm the legs, achieve all this by gearing down on the power. Let the results be testimony! Enjoy!
Me again, I thought about your swing style and something you could try. Control the action of the legs by thinking about them holding the triangle shape, see if moving the soles feet first in some way as to start the legs moving in a powerful firm way, but dont let them start kicking about too much. It can be very powerful but only if it works for you, I did that sort of thing for a while and it was very powerful, but I have forgotten how, or havent tried it for a while.

You generate some good clubhead speed.
If I can offer a couple tips:
Keep your left wrist flat at the top of the swing.
Loosen up your grip.

the only thing wrong is that you force the club too far inside on the backswing.

Looked okay to me, it seemed as in the takeaway you lift the club a little or something. I would keep that swing and just smooth it out.

not so good the back, but i loved the impact. Well done

You have a nice move at it. I don't doubt you CAN drive it 300+ yrds. When you get a chance take a look at my site and view "Jamie Glasscock" swing.

Damn! Your swing looks pretty good. You really accelerate through the ball. How far do you drive the ball?

On average about 230m/250yds, 270m/290yds if I hit it well.
