  • Best you can do is Threelac & Garden of Life HSO's

    Next best is not nearly as effective and requires refrigeration.

    Typical big brand yogurt is not a probiotic.

    Get organic, much better.

    Don't eat absurd amounts, it's not good for your immune system.
