You might say the point of playing the game isn't in seeing some grand, gratuitous ending scene, but actually having fun. If you don't have fun then don't play it!

I had a master system and my brother had a megadrive (genesis). I always wanted to play the genesis =D (even though i had the super-awesome sms 3d glasses for space harrier /sarcasm). You should do a run of Treasure's mcdonald game, chester cheetah or berenstain bears game(i know that they might sound lame but they are VERY good games, the latter actually had coop interaction), both from the genesis game library.
