their indifference to a friend's death shokes me... It seems things in the UK version are even more exaggerated, than in the US one. To me, it's over the top.
@talkingdandelion Actually if you think deeper, it makes sense. U.S. culture is more conservative and bit more "moral" than U.K. because Christian values play a bigger role than in U.K's culture. So these gay guys having zero respect for their friend's funeral, especially in a church, is sad but not too shocking.
@talkingdandelion To be fair, they barely knew Phil. It isn't like the US version, where they made it into more of an ensemble and had Ted and Emmet as integral members of the group. So being at the funeral is awkward and not terribly sad for them.
wasn't expecting stuart to admit that at one time he had sex with phil?! I keep picturing the us version-ted- and the us version of stuart-brian and I am glad hat never happened between them. they had this fun tension because nothing ever happened with them that added to the show I mean brian always made fun of ted!
@ericnfan can't believe stuart is even hitting on someone at a funeral?! that is tacky. I mean as much as I liked brian and he did some crazy things he never steeped this low. I kind f secretly wished michael and brian got together just once in the US version just so michael would of seen what it was like and been done with it but I don't care too much for seeing stuart and vincent get together. please say that doesn't happen!
