Skidies are just ppl that think they have skill, but actually they use software or tools coded by real programmers or hackers. Without understanding anything they use and how it works they "hack". A white hat should be the basic kind of a hacker and black hat is not someone that will even visit youtube to chitchat stupid comments. To be a black hat you must have knowledge of low level computer languages and knowledge of how systems and networks work so you can find unsecured "holes".
