Kids WB`s Toonami-Hodgepodge of clips

Wait when exactly did Kid's WB have Toonami? I thought only CN had it and borrowed shows from Kid's WB. And I grew up watching both channels...I have little recollection of this

I remember this, forgot when they had this on Kids WB, but they only had this for a short period of time. I do wonder though, that why they played a never before seen episode of Powerpuff Girls on that channel one Saturday morning, months later only to be brand new on Cartoon Fridays on CN while CN was ahead in episodes of it and had it for a longer time.

Dude I remember watching the dragonball z. One of them was goku running snake way. Dude that was fucking forever ago. Like when Dave Mirras BMX was out and the xgames were getting famous. Shit was awesome.

Also, I had Bagel Bites for the first time then. OMG.

I remember that they had Dragonball Z for a while then it was changed to Sailor Moon. Now, me being an 8 year old (at the time that they did this) I found it awesome that both Pokemon and Dragonball Z on the same channel. NOW, I don't see why the hell they did this?

I could never understand why Toonami on Kids WB was a big failure. After all it was boosting ratings for people who couldnt get Cartoon Network but have heard of Toonami. And it did have a decent lineupof shows (in my view anyway). Could someone please explain the downfall of Toonami on Kids WB to me? Just leave a reply to this comment

it helped the ratings becasue most kids who didn't have cable but heard of toonami or watched over at a friends house felt that finally they could watch the shows that their friends were watching. yea there was a difference between the two networks but still in kidswb's point of view this was a strong action block. by this time batman superman adventures was no longer on kidswb so thats why its not in the line up. DBZ stayed on kidswb for a while and they even consider making it a regular

this toonami wasn't that bad, just a bit "bighter" than the original, and without the well-known instrumental music that we all love. besides, it still showed on CN, so this was like a little appetizer before the main course lol. This is still a much better than the lame excuses for toonami now.

Well recently on CN (which sucks now, I only watch Naruto cuz I read the manga) they looked back on all of toonami and a VERY small clip showed a SMALL bit of that old show with the wierd green people and the boy with the red hat? I remember this. It didn't last long though, probably because someone complained about DBZ. I also remember trying to watch DBZ on their block but I just couldn't. I don't know what it was but it just felt uncomfortable. After that, though, I just switched over to good ol' Toonami and watched me some Gundam Wing or Outlaw Star or Big O or whatever they had on back then.
