These videos are fake! she just acts wacky and wears crazy make up to get your attention so you watch her videos. When she laughs in this video you can see that she is juts putting the whole "crazy girl" image on.
A well balanced diet and regular exercise are always beneficial. I don't think skipping meals or suppressing hunger is the way to go for long term weight loss or maintaining your weight. Thanks for the video.
Hi. If a person wants to maintain a healthy weight and not use products that suppress hunger, it helps to adhere to a healthy diet on a regular basis. When it comes to portion sizes for vegetables, we are supposed to eat more than one handful. One healthy thing that I have discovered is to replace lots of pasta, bread, and rice with vegetables and fruits. You can do some research on the different types of carbohydrates. Also, eating snacks between meals aids in speeding up the metabolism.

But I do have a question about the Acai Berry, I guessing it is full of fiber which explains the fullness feeling it gives you. Did you have to go to the b-room often (did it change your bowel movements) when taking this? And did it make you gassy?
@Pals4Fashion thanks doll, actually the acai berry doesn't have any fiber in it...i guess there's just some properties in the acai that make you full...not sure and no I didn't have to go to the bathroom at all or have gas haha:)
work with it....don't make it forbidden...arrange your diet so you can still have those things you love...add more fruits and veggies...lean cuts of meat, more fish. then you can still have treats. maybe try having different brands...Ice cream-try the weight watchers brand...low fat...and Skinny cow..yummy and low calories and fat...Blue bunny is regular ice cream but it works because the portion sizes are a bit smaller than the other brands...hope that helps
