where did you get it done?? the reason i ask is because depending on the location it will probably shift since you are only 15 and thats cuz you are still growing one of my friends got a tattoo at her hip when she was 15 and now it look like its halfway up her stomach
ur lying becasue its 16 with parent permission in every state in usa and in canada and in mexico and even with aproval its not jsut a paper ur parents have to be there with you and u got to bring birth certifct or id
i went with my roommate to get hers last august and she was freaking out so bad she nearly chickened out...the tattoo artist showed her how it would feel without the ink to see if she would be able to go through with it...she did.. i got my first the next day. and my second in october the first is on my hip the second is massive and on my back
He risked losing money on stuff just to put her at ease, that's the sign of a good artist who gives a crap about his customers. Rare nowadays. If you ask most artists to do that they will tell you to get bent.
