  • HEY, im about to inherit a 91 dodge dakota v6 magnum. What kind of brush guard do you have?

Im planning on lifting it up 4 inches and slappin some 38's on their!! great video

  • THANK YOU for having NO MUSIC instead of the GAY & ANNOYING music YouTube Provides!! And sweet ride man!

  • im totally doing this to mine 97 3.9! how much were they, and does it ruin gas mileage?

  • @voltage6969 i don't really know haha

  • thank you for puttin up this video because i have the same truck but with the 5.2 and its a 91 2 door and a brush guard and i was thinkin about puttin stacks on mine and this video made me say yes. chech out one of my videos tell me what u think of mine

  • people i need your help! ive been back and forth about putting stacks on my dakota. after watching this video im at the point where i want to but dont know for sure. should i or shouldnt i?

  • @borntoberebel12 Get a diesel. Putting stacks a gasser turns it into a hot rod IMO. I find pointless. Its not a 18 wheeler last time I checked.

  • @Chevy4x4shortbox and neither is a diesel pickup an 18 wheeler.

  • @CSXtrackworker no shit Einstein.

  • @Chevy4x4shortbox Well good. I am glad you see my point. Putting stack's on a diesel pickup is pointless as well as putting them on a gas truck.

  • @Chevy4x4shortbox haha Its more about looks than anything and maybe sound in my case.

  • @zoltan1134 :D Suuuurrrrreeee Lol

  • @borntoberebel12 Go for it man and fuck those who say other wise. Especially those who say "stacks are for diesels only"

  • awsome truck! (add to favorites)

  • did the cops bug you at all about the noise? im thinkin of puttin some stacks on my 94 dakota

  • @dingklop I'm surprised not. I think it really depends on the cop. I mean i did get busted for doing donuts and drifting in the woods by my school at night. The only way they knew i was there was because of the sound :/ . And I've been pulled over otherwise, but not really for the sound. So i guess it depends.

  • i have a 2002 dodge dakota 3.9L 493,000 original miles. original engine and transmission no rebuilds.

  • @cr8chaos21 Really man? That's crazy. I don't know how. Mines got a couple issues as it is : /

  • @zoltan1134 regular full synthetic oil changes, regular transmission service, and a little money under the hood, well worth it. my dad bought it brand new in 01. became mine.

  • this sounds so good for a v6!! leave it to a dodge to sound this raw!!

  • @aaminjoshi91 Haha yeah man! I wish I had the diesel tho : /

  • @zoltan1134 yeah diesel would be great! just get online and find a 5.9l diesel to drop in there! lol or else grade up for a 5.9lv8 engine!! still this sounds good. check my vids sometime man!!

  • Do you think that you could fit 5 inch stacks on a Ford Ranger?

  • @WaWagasman Yeah man. You just need to find a reducer that would match your existing exhaust and the new stacks so you can connect them. I ve never heard of that big of a change, but you could probably use two ( 2 or 2.5in - 4inch then a 4 inch to a five or something)

  • @zoltan1134 Hmm, Thanks a lot man. I appreciate it

  • @zoltan1134 Yeah mine was a 2.5 to 4 inch

  • Sounds good.

  • fuck it sounds just like a new cr on the road

  • as an owner of a first gen dakota...i would have to say..those stacks make it sound pretty good...mine sounds like shitt

  • @cmsch180 ha. damn man

  • I know what my 92 is getting next.

    sounds awesome.

  • Nice

  • Sounds like a diesel, nice job man!

  • Thanks. I have no idea why it sounds good.

  • 1000!

  • jw how much did your stacks cost you?

  • @tjamesburnham $450 then internal mufflers and shipping

  • You don't see many gas trucks with stacks much less a V6 but it actually sounds good. Kind of like a V6 2 stroke diesel.

  • yeah. i was definiatlly suprised at how well it sounded.

  • if its the same style intake as this one just plumb the hose to the grill instead of the fender and flip the lid on your filter

  • few questions... was the grand rock name worth it? I have a 97 dakota 5.2 I want stacks too. jw maybe I can get some of your imput p.s. sounds great. Future plans for it? maybe some flat black paint and some 44"s lol thats what Id do to that thing but it looks sweet!

  • hey bigmike97dak, did you get stacks for your dakota? i got a 01 dakota with a 5.9 and debating if i should get stacks or not

  • @bomberhockey22 I would but I got hurt and have no income for 12 weeks but my local exhaust shop will do stacks once I get the money about 300 to do it all you should totally do it to yours tho

  • nice car!

  • nice.

  • YAY PAT!!!! I wanna ride in your truck now after seeing the videos!

  • Next time we hang out we should. Its pretty fun.

  • yeal lol ... I300 ... I followed the link from fbook

  • oo.k

  • You REALLY love this truck ... damn

    - Ashley

  • Yes, yes I do. Do I know you?

  • haha. yea. some day

  • very nice setup! i should have went with 4" myself but i had the 3" pipe laying around and figured id just weld a 2 1/2" to 3" T pipe up and use that. well anyway your sounds great and it is a nice clean install. good job! now you gotta do a sea foam vid
