im haveing a problem with doors when i but the door on/in a wall it opens but there is the wall there if i take the wall away i have gaps around my door what can i do to fix this

@extremegamingYUM you simply choose a segment, press M and an arrow will appear. point the arrow at the door and left click it. :) that will create a wall on the door, but you can still go though it because of the door properties.

Your AI is using the coward script, I believe, as I had the same problem. Just do what he says in the video.

they were lazy and didnt add them (Not kidding) get models packs or go to fpsfileDOTcom

If you look in the model folder there's often instructions from the author on how to swap between the hand version and non hand version.
