well,
it was less of him "killing" prime.
by the court of law, what hot rod did to prime in the movie counts as "man slaughter",
wich means he caused the death of another hu-.. er, cybertronian, but not perposfly
but i still don't see how it was hot rods falt megs was going to shot optimus anyway
