@Kholdstare1987...Sir Shelby Penwood is a member of the Round Table and Admiral of the Royal Navy. The credits take place in 1944 and shows that Sir Arthur Hellsing received intelligence that the Nazis were performing secret vampire experiments in Poland. Penwood saw the gruesome pictures and was very distressed to see the inhumanity that was going on. But in order to send Alucard and young Walter there to destroy it, Arthur needed Sir Islands and Penwood to sign off on it.

1:25 - 1:30 WOW in thoses photos are scenes from Hellsing - The Dawn. And SIr Penwood never appeard in The Dawn,maybe after the manga progressed,Hirano realised Penwoods importance aaand how old is Penwood? I thaught that he was over 50 but he is about 7? - 80(55 years since WW2 ended and his 20 or so years as he apperas at the ending credits)
