Actually when Korea and Japan first arrive in Europe, they also design their cars based on European taste (copy) as the Japanese design doesn't appeal them.

Well obviously as we can see there is a huge similarity between these chinese cars and the other forgin cars designs. The cars may be copies but who would you buy from? Byd or BMW. I own 2 BMW 745li ( 2011 and 2003) and a toyota prius.

@2011Decision I have had several cars in my life. My first Jap car was a supra, then a toyota pickup. They are still being used. I have a landcruiser with 180K miles on it that has been on damn near every mountain in Montana! They're great vehicles. German vehicles are superior and a lot of american cars are just plain crap. We do have a few that are good, but for the most part they are designed to be replaced. My Jap cars have been the ones with the least maintenance issues and problems.

Quite right...us in the west are over charged for our cars and have been for years and it's about time the rip-off culture we have has a run for it's money...Not all these Chinese copies are actually of an inferior quality some of them are actually just as good and safe as the originals and you save a fair bit on price, so really whats the harm? Well obviously as we can see there is a huge similarity between these chinese cars and the other forgin cars designs. The cars may be copies but who would you buy from? Byd or BMW. I own 2 BMW 745li ( 2011 and 2003) and a toyota prius.

@2011Decision I have had several cars in my life. My first Jap car was a supra, then a toyota pickup. They are still being used. I have a landcruiser with 180K miles on it that has been on damn near every mountain in Montana! They're great vehicles. German vehicles are superior and a lot of american cars are just plain crap. We do have a few that are good, but for the most part they are designed to be replaced. My Jap cars have been the ones with the least maintenance issues and problems.
