So D&D is better than d20 Modern? Alrighty. Never tried Modern, but usually, dimensional portals provide lots of fun when we just need something different. We found a World War II soldier in Undermount, once. We couldn't understand what he was saying, but he knew the monsters were the enemies, and his automatic weapon was a big help. He offed himself later. Guess Faerun was too much. I got his machete. I threw Klingons into Greyhawk for the hell of it, once. That was pretty fun.

Im personally about to hold a D20 Modern Zombie campaign. Im going to use the Zombies from Dawn of the Dead.. and Left 4 Dead and maybe some Zombie comics I found online... its gunna be the shit!

I'm 100% agreeing with you on this !

Everyone has their way of playing this game. It is not only an RPG, it is an occasion to do something creative with your friends.

It is an activity to have fun with them, in any way you want it. As for me, the DM, I orgazine Gaming Sessions in which we drink beers or sodas (depends on the persons).

The important thing to remember is that we play this game to have fun, to be with our friends.

I have to agree with markpacker, this system is much more enjoyable. That GM isnt very cool though. You have to have a very organized, well-thought-out plotline. The GM needs to keep track of everything and have a good sense of humor. Oh yeah, these guys totally sound like noobs to me.
