Large wars always stimulate the economy so I don't think the federal debt will be a factor. If the US plays its cards right and avoids the same complications faced in Afghanistan and Iraq then the stand to profit from a war with Iran. Of course that is if the US and allies don't have to burden the cost of occupying the country afterwards. As we've seen military occupation is expensive.
