I never understood why leona won this contest. I mean look at her face. She has no expression, no dedication and she looks like a dead tree singing and always sad and crying. This kid should have won.

i think that was unfair, this is a song for a girl, i.e. leona, and it really suited her. ray should have been given at least half a chance with a song that suited him, like fly me to the moon or something

i agree. its too low for him at the start, a singer needs to grip an audience from the begining til the end. leona did this. however, ray is having a fantastic career just like leona. he plays danny zuko in grease, and its wicked =D x

beginning of the song is quite low key for him to sing it. that's why we don't feel the song explotion until the chorus. nevertheless, this song is more suitable for gal to sing it but he made it fabulous.

theres no such thing as A BAD SONG CHOICE. if he cant sing it he shouldnt win. leona is much stronger and for anyone to say it wasnt the right song for him, reword that ridiculous statement to he simply isnt versatile enough. actually i think its all to do with the fact that he is incredibly horrible looking! thats why he didnt win!
