Thank you so much for posting this. How did you get it on here? I had a VHS cassette of this performance as I dubbed it off the tv in like 94/95. Since then the tape ripped after playing the video over and over so many times. Somehow this performance is the best Greenday performance ever. The band is just so tight and even uptight here that it comes across as really brilliant.

I copped the idea from a channel called AlternativeOfficials (I don't know where they got the idea), who has mirrored and uploaded several SNL performances of alternative bands which previously weren't on YT due to the copyright problem. I'd recommend checking that channel out for a good alt rock fix every now and then.
